Krishnamenon Museum

The Krishna Menon Museum was established in 1975, to honour V.K. Krishna Menon, who was also our former Indian Defence Minister.Adjacent to the museum is a beautiful Art Gallery with an excellent collection of paintings by Raja Ravi Varma and Raja Raja Varma.

who have presented the struggle of India during the fight against the British East India Company, through their paintings.  The art section of the museum displays exquisite paintings, ivory objects d'art, intricate wood carvings, kerala mural paintings, and modern paintings. Apart from the museum and art gallery, there is a 3D theatre, children’s park and granite monument gallery for the visitors.
